Rocky Gorge Animal Hospital, Resort & Spa

Stewy went from a fairly critical condition to a full recovery. The doctors and staff at Rocky Gorge took a real interest in diagnosing his condition, establishing a plan, executing that plan, and getting him back to us. They considered the expense, and targeted solutions that accelerated his healing. We were so impressed with the facility itself, the staff, their follow up...it's a great animal hospital that offers other services, as well. We are grateful that we took our dog there.

Love this place all around. Ive used 3 of their services as a client and have heard great things about other services from friends/family. Doggy Day Care: 10/10, I use this service 3-4 times a week ( for almost a year now) employees are all friendly and all around welcoming. My girls love it there, my hound screams once she recognizes Montgomery/Brooklyn Bridge Rd. They're pretty flexible and accommodating ! ER: Ive taken that same hound here as a puppy and the front desk was communicative, techs kept us updated and the DVM got me out of there feeling confident that my girl was taken care of and was going to be okay. * as a triage assistant at another ER, we refer/ transfer patients to their ER/ICU with confidence in their care when we are at capacity * Grooming: Ive only used the grooming service once, for a bath, but my hound HATES baths and absolutely makes things difficult, sooo with that being said I feel they did a great job getting her well bathed and cleaned up lol.

My first visit to Rocky Gorge for a regular check-up with my dog went incredibly well! We were taken back promptly at the appointment time, the staff were very kind and answered my many questions, and the doctor gave a friendly and thorough exam to my furry friend. My dog had a great time and clearly was very happy to spend time with the staff. I felt that the cost was reasonable and I look forward to more friendly and efficient visits for standard care in the future. I'm so glad that I chose Rocky Gorge as my new vet!

My 2 babies one is 2 years and other 17years old were groomed and looked spectacular and smelled great .we're past due for groom because force R grooming services stopped doing elderly dogs. They don't like to be separated. Groomer followed my wishes exactly..I really appreciate the time and patience taken yo make me feel comfortable leaving them .Will definitely go back there even though it's a long trip, but worth it..

My experience at Rocky Gorge has always been five star. The tech team, nurses, and doctors are always very animal first with a nice slice of human compassion added in. Our super excited and rambunctious 18 month old 136 lb Cane Corso needed all his shots and he was handled with love and care. I love this place!
