Very easy app and service to use. They delivered on their promise 100% pick up and drop off were easy and prompt. Clothes came back smelling great neatly folded with no wrinkles. Very organized

Complaint Type: Service Issue / Poor Customer Service Company: Rinse Laundry Service Consumer: Sarah Complaint: I am submitting this complaint to formally address a recent negative experience with Rinse Laundry Service. This matter is being directed to company owners Ajay Prakash and James Joun for review. On a recent service, my laundry was returned in an unacceptable condition, as items were still dirty. I attempted to ask reasonable follow-up questions regarding the condition of my order and how the issue could be resolved. She iwas driving a white Toyota Rav4. My camera caught her tag number. During this interaction, the driver demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer service. She appeared visibly frustrated, disengaged, and unwilling to assist. She did not provide any clear explanation, next steps, or direction on how to resolve the issue. Additionally, the driver was wearing an earpiece and actively engaged in a phone call while speaking with me. This behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional, as it raises concerns regarding customer privacy and shows a lack of attention to the customer during a service-related discussion. I had 4 extremely oversized comforters, the largest 136 x 136. They picked them up and delivered them just a couple of days later, cleaned, on hangers or encased in bag! They came out wonderful, would definitely use again! The convenience is unbeatable!

Really great. A bit of a splurge, but very helpful since it became physically difficult for me to do laundry. The customer service and turnaround time are wonderful and you’ll never have more perfectly folded laundry!

Washer/dryer at home are down, so I tried this service after being told it would be about $25 per bag with next-day return. Even $25 felt a bit high, but I decided to give it a shot. I only sent two bags, and I still haven’t received my clothes back. On top of that, I was charged $100, which is not what I agreed to or expected based on the quoted price. At this point, I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank and I won’t be using this app again. Just sharing this so others are aware—this might work for people who don’t mind paying a premium, but it’s not for me.
