Ridge Dog Shop

I have been bringing my chocolate English Labrador, Ralphie, and my rescue dog, Kora, here for over five years and the service and quality of work has always been exceptional. Both of my dogs have always been nervous and hesitant in any situation regarding grooming or vet visits, but always very willingly go into Ridge Dog Shop. I can tell that my dogs receive a very high level of care when they go here and that the staff treats them lovingly during the services. Always a 10/10 job when I pick them up. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my dog there for years. My Onyxx gets very happy once he recognizes the area. Unfortunately, he is not feeling well and when I took him this past Saturday, the caring and concern that the staff had towards Onyxx was truly amazing. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Arya the diva is a husky who loves getting pampered at ridge dog shop, their grooming and other services are spectacular. Ridge dog shop is the best in the Richmond metro area. I tried other groomers, no one comes close to their quality and thoroughness.

We have used Ridge Dog shop exclusively for our elderly miniature poodle. She's had the same groomer there since her first visit! The entire staff is caring and competent and we trust them completely. They continue to amaze us with their kindness and professionalism. It might be good to know that because she's 15 and 1/2 she requires a little more patience and care due to cysts/bumps.

They always make my dog feel comfortable and I don't hesitate leaving my dog for grooming. I like that they continue doing the same cut each time unless you want to change something. Very kind staff. Another great cut.
