It was super low key, quiet, went during the day and then again in the evening, it was deserted both times, most of the storefronts are vacant. Still pretty though

Finn was actually incredible. A breath of fresh air. We were more than $3 short and he gave us $5 for the movie. Pretty incredible character in today’s world. This act of kindness alone will bring me back to this regal on the boardwalk for many years to come. Thanks Fin. The world needs more like you.

We recently visited Regal Cinemas at the Louisiana Boardwalk and overall had an enjoyable experience. The theater is conveniently located right along the Red River and was easy to get to, with plenty of nearby parking available. One thing that stood out was how clean the facility was. The lobby, concessions area, and theater itself were all well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. We purchased our tickets online ahead of time and also ordered concessions through the app, which made the process quick and convenient. Everything was ready in a timely manner. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The seats were not particularly comfortable, which seems to be a common theme mentioned in other reviews. While the theater was very clean, the seating made it harder to fully relax during the movie. We were also a little disappointed with the concessions. The candy tasted somewhat stale, and the popcorn wasn’t as fresh, hot, and flavorful as we’ve experienced at other theaters. The movie itself was enjoyable, and the theater served its purpose well. The cinema is clean and has a great movie selection, but the service was lacking. The concessions pickup area was empty, and we had to wait to get a staff member's attention. Also, starting the movie 30 minutes late is a bit much! The 3 self-service kiosks are a lifesaver when the main line is backed up, but it’s definitely pricey for the experience you get. Might have just been a bad time to visit, but I expected more.

Maybe 5 or 6 stores were open. I believe the theater and salt grass were still open as well. Build a bear, carter's, rocket fizz, chocolate crocodile, cold stone and some snack place. On the upper part theres a church where the comedy club was. A paddle/pickle ball place. A big area with chairs, gas fire pit , ping ball table and two cornhole boards. There was only one sand bag and other equipment for the games. Ghost town...very eerie. They removed the water fountains and carousel. The trolly is gone as well. Very sad. Spoke to a shop owner and found out they are talking about demolishing whole sections just to rebuild as a single building. I dont understand why? Such a waste.
