Fantastic introductory offers for new clients, really lets you check it out thoroughly in a low pressure, low cost way. Staff very personable and helpful. Appreciate that reservations generally aren’t needed for daycare and that they have weekend availability.

Friday 6/5/26 we dropped our 2 year old male Weimaraner off at Red Dog in Springdale, for our Alaska cruise. The kennel called our emergency contact, on Sunday 6/14/26 and said that they would have to pick him up, or they would be taking him to Grady's Emergency Vet for a case of kennel cough (that he caught at the kennel), and his general condition! The pictures in the post were taken by kennel staff, and sent to our emergency contact. They were well aware of his separation anxiety issues, and were given his medication for the anxiety. They told our emergency contact that according to his feeding chart, he had been eating. The issues we're having with his care there is that this didn't happen overnight! And he was obviously NOT eating! He was there for 10 days before they reached out to our emergency contact!!! After this experience, he will never return, nor will we with ANY other pet!! We will also tell everyone of our experience, and the neglect that Red Dog exhibited to our pet! One star was given only because you have to leave at least one.

Red Dog Springdale has been absolutely amazing for my dog, Tanner Tank. Every time we walk through the door, the staff treats him like he’s one of their own. They show genuine kindness, patience, and respect—not just to the dogs, but to the clients too. Tanner always comes home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious that the team truly loves what they do, and that makes all the difference. I’m grateful to have a place I can trust completely with my pup. Highly recommend Red Dog Springdale to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and reliable team.

Marshall & Leo LOVE Red Dog! They get to spend the night and play with friends in daycare! We’ve boarded previous dogs here and had amazing experiences and continued to use them with our current dogs! We drive from Hamilton and they’re worth the drive. The dogs are happy walking in, loves on the staff and don’t look back! They’re always willing to give me updates anytime I call to check in and it’s clear the staff observes the personalities of our Collies and caters to them individually. We are so grateful to have the staff of Red Dog Springdale to give us peace of mind when we go out of town.
