Raintree Animal Animal Hospital

I found this amazing place after my dog became ill and our family and local vets were all booked out and short staffed. They were able to get us in immediately. The attention and care were unmatched. The facility was clean and the staff was very welcome. For billing, they made sure to go over various options of care and provide bills with low cost options and higher cost options. I feel this place will be our new home for pet care!! Big Thanks to Dr. Chambers and staff.

I have taken several pets to Raintree over the years and have nothing but good things to say. All of the vets are lovely and clearly care about the animals they care for. When my cat got very sick a few years ago Dr. Placke was so thoughtful and caring with him and very straightforward with me about prognosis without being unkind. They're also really great about being up front about the costs of services and not pressuring decisions if they fall outside of your price range. I have had to say goodbye to two pets here and the process for this has also been incredibly compassionate. All of the decisions made about my pets' healthcare have felt like a dialogue with the vets rather than being told what to do. I live in the city but continue to come to Raintree with my dog because of how happy I have been with their services. Cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Raintree Animal Hospital! My Aussiedoodle recently injured his paw, and I was so worried, but the team here did an amazing job taking care of him. From the moment we walked in, they were professional, compassionate, and truly handled my dog with such care. The treatment was top-notch, and they made the whole process stress-free for both of us. It is such a relief to have a vet you can trust. I would definitely go back again and look forward to bringing my dog there for all his future needs. Highly recommended.

I have an 8 year old English Bulldog who has been with me almost all day every day since he was 8 weeks. I have recently begun traveling frequently for work and have had to board him while I'm away. I hate having to leave him but know he's well cared for at Raintree. My dog can be a bit extra, but the staff is wonderful and patient with him. Their prices are affordable and it's comforting knowing he is already at the hospital if something were to happen. I also use them for veterinary services and have only had positive experiences with the staff at Raintree.

Absolutely love this place and all the people here. Dr Placke has been our vet for over 10 years and even though we don’t live locally anymore, we bring our furbabies here to get their checkups, vaccinations and medications. They are always kind, always able to get us in for an appointment and have always been very caring towards our beloved furbabies. About 1.5 years ago when we were in town visiting family, our 9 yr old Labrador Percy was attacked and mauled by a vicious Pitt Bull and needed to have surgery and round the clock care for 2 weeks following. This was the only place we’d even consider taking him and trusting with his care. They did an amazing job of taking care of him during that time while he began to heal and recover. He never was quite the same after the attack and we weren’t quite sure how much longer we’d have him with us. As a result of the attack he suffered severe trauma and developed severe anxiety. Almost exactly a year later, our beloved Percy passed away. We took him here and they cremated him for us. They also took prints of his nose and paws at our request. They were very caring and sympathetic for our loss. When it was time for our male Miniature Schn
