I just paid $30 for a subscription three days ago I show up for a car wash today and they said they can’t find my account, basically took my $30 and told me to kick rocks.. there’s not even a manager on duty to try and make it right, they said “can you come back WEDNESDAY” like you took my money immediately why do I have to wait entire days for you guys to do anything for me? Save yourself the money and go somewhere else

This car wash recently has been consistently scratching the driver side rear rim of my car. The metal part of the wheel brush at the end of the line rubs up against the drivers side rear rim and scratches it almost every wash now. Upon investigation I found that the tire brush at the end of the line is missing a guard rail. Attached I have pictures of one with a guard rail and one without that is causing the wheel rim to get scratched. They should not be running the wash like this. I’ve been having to use a matte black paint marker to fix the scratches but this is not normal and they should fix that wheel brush and my rim. I filed a report with them on May 14th and nobody has followed up yet.

The equipment was disappointing during my visit. The vacuum had very weak suction, and the driver’s side vacuum was missing a piece and was only a loose hose. Based on past reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue that hasn’t been resolved. If the business takes pride in its equipment, it really needs to address maintenance and ensure everything is working properly for customers.

I really don't recommend it. If you have a brand new car. Took my car out to get washed for the first time. Got it a week ago. New 2025 nissan Z. It got scratched pretty good.

Took my car there February of this year and a $10 car wash cost me $200+ in repair. Went same day of issue and was promised by supervisor that I would receive a follow up of incident within 48 hours. They have footage and everything. Went back and called multiple times. Manager Macario was either gone or not in. It’s been 2 months and now I’m forced to fix out of my pocket. Grew up in the area, can say I will never visit this location again.
