Rainbow Veterinary Hospital provided exceptional care for my pets from start to finish. The veterinarians and staff were compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They made both me and my pet feel comfortable and cared for throughout the visit. The facility was clean, well organized, and the entire team demonstrated a genuine love for animals. I appreciated their thorough approach and clear communication regarding treatment options and follow up care. I took my senior cat for what I thought could be a fecal impaction, after three days of not pooping, eating/ drinking very little, sleeping a lot and not being “herself”. She didn’t appear to be in pain or discomfort, but wasn’t very receptive to petting. After a physical exam, x-rays, lab and a basic scan, a diagnosis was made. Among many things her lab results demonstrated severe anemia, dehydration, and possible neoplasm. My kitty was very sick and I had to make the horrible, unexpected and painful decision of euthanasia. I can’t express the compassion and understanding of the medical, nursing and healthcare staff. There was no pressure on making a decision, all questions were answered, comfort and prayers offered and time was given to discuss, accept, mourn , and say our goodbyes. Dr. Meyerhoff was professional, compassionate and thoughtful.I can’t say enough about Francisco… my heart is indebted to him… a true professional , competent and caring healthcare worker, who showed compassion and empathy when it was needed most. If you are in need of veterinary care, your babies will be well taken care of and served with knowledge, love and understanding. Thank you, Rainbow Pet

Everyone is always so sweet your clinic. I always feel extra safe bringing foxx there , it makes it much easier because I know he’s so scared when he has to get in the car he knows he’s going for a doctors visit and it feels good knowing that everyone’s going to be as pleasant as they always are when I arrive. From the Front Desk Staff, to the nurses to the doctors, everyone’s just very helpful very kind and very patient. I really appreciate it, and it’s also very hard to find vet offices that’s like this where everyone truly cares. They accept pet insurance and also offer cherry payment plan options which is so helpful when unexpected cost come up like this.

I had a great experience with Rainbow Veterinary. My dogs got into a fight and my little terrier got the worst of it. She had a bad cut and needing sutures. I had a work trip and need to find medical boarding last minute to watch her while I was gone. They did an amazing job taking care of her. They messaged me every day while I was gone. Thank you Esme, Dr. Meyerhoff, and the whole staff at Rainbow!

I get the frustration, but if you go too aggressive it can make the review look less credible or even get taken down. Here’s a sharper, still hard-hitting version that gets your point across without hurting your case: ⸻ I would not recommend this vet at all. Every single visit feels like a constant upsell. They push unnecessary add-ons and charges that don’t feel related to actually helping your pet. What really pushed me over the edge is this: my dog had a simple infection that they already diagnosed and treated. Now, instead of just helping with a follow-up prescription, they’re insisting I bring him back in and pay another visit fee just for a recheck. It’s not about the $45—it’s the principle. It feels like they’re squeezing every dollar they can out of you. They also charge a visit fee for every prescription and even pre-charge before you’re seen. It starts to feel less like a vet clinic and more like a billing machine. I came here to take care of my dog, not to be nickel-and-dimed at every step. The whole experience is frustrating and exhausting. Never coming back.
