Extremely rude staff. I called ahead and clearly canceled my appointment, explaining the reason. Despite this, they failed to cancel it on their end and marked it as a no-show. Their mistake led to my dog being marked inactive, and now they refuse to give us any more appointments. Completely unprofessional and unfair. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values proper communication and accountability. Update based on response: Yes, I moved out in 2023, and I attached proof of the same in my original review. Now that I’m back in the city, the first thing I did was call your business to schedule an appointment because I had genuinely appreciated your service in the past. Unfortunately, I was told over the phone that I could no longer schedule an appointment because I had been marked as inactive due to a no-show in 2023. I clearly communicated at the time that I had to move and would no longer be able to keep the appointment. I’m disappointed that this wasn’t reflected properly in your system. When our groomer was no longer able to groom our pup, we had to look elsewhere. After “trying” a few other groomers, we discovered Rachel’s Dog Grooming in Milpitas, Ca. Stefani is a godsend. She has done wonders with our pup. She does excellent work and her grooming skills are fantastic. We also appreciate her honesty when it comes to the handling of our pup. We HIGHLY recommend this business… we have been more then satisfied with all staff

Rachel's Dog Grooming is very friendly staff. Great job at grooming my little dog that is a newbie. Always willing to work us into their busy schedule.

My 15 month old puppy REFUSED to let me cut her nails. She was absolutely impossible. I called Rachel’s and got an appointment within an hour. It was affordable, clean and all the people who work there were kind and patient. It took 2 people to make the mail trim happen and they did it in under 10 minutes. No trauma, no screaming. I’m so happy to have found this great family shop and will rely on them for our nail trimming in the future.

Super friendly and clean environment! I’m SUPER picky with my baby and where he goes and when I picked him up today I was so happy to see not only how he was but how calm and unafraid he was (he goes everywhere with me!) My groomer was Stephanie and she did exactly as I asked! I highly recommend this place not only for their grooming services but also for caring for your pet! Here are before and afters of my Jackson
