Sophia was so helpful and incredibly nice! I never get car washes, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely appreciated her great customer service!

The vacuums and towels available are very helpful in cleaning my car. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, especially Aurelia. The car wash is lovely and their ceramic coating with the "longest-lasting protection" as they say definitely protects my car. It always smells nice and leaves my car looking spotless. I love quick quack!

I visited the Sunset location and had the best custoner service from Aurelia. Very speedy to get into the wash and helpful customer service with signing up for a membership. The scent of the soap in the car wash was nice too.

I had the best experience today at the Sunset Blvd Quick Quack. The wash is great. But Navi was incredible. Happy, bubbly and VERY helpful! I'd go back just because of her. Highly recommend!!
