First time coming to this groomer. These ladies were so kind they went above and beyond. Even helped bring my dog out to the car since I had my little one. The whole experience was great they were so excited to meet and work with Millie. My sweet girl was looking pretty raggedy and her coat was so long. She looks absolutely perfect now! Thank you!!!! Will definitely be coming back!

I have a MaineCoon Long hair cat, we love him so much!! He gets matted from time to time and the pet salon always gently reminds us to groom him and how to . They get the matts out and he smells clean. My cat HATES going, but the salon is gentle with my guy and calls me ASAP when done.

They were amazing. They were able to squeeze my cat Binx in for an “emergency” sanitary shave at 7:30am and had me to work by 8am. They are so friendly and took great care of him. We plan on seeing them monthly!

This place has great reviews, and most of our experiences were great, which is why it gets 2. It must've been this particular group of people that were the issue, definitely not the business as a whole. My anxious dog has to be held down to get her nails done, if they ever refuse service, completely fine. If a dog is so anxious there is a point where a vet is the only option. The woman at the counter didn't even say "how anxious" She walked out to the small lobby area and told my wife to hold her head while she cut her nails. Seemed to not want to be there. We should've spoken up, because of course she got so riled up that she took her back to do what they should've done in the first place. I don't know if this played a part in why they couldn't handle her this time around or not, but its possible. It also could be because this particular group couldn't handle it. Again, fine. In the end, they couldn't finish. Fine. But they lied and said they did both back paws when they did one. And we paid full price (which is und

My four year old cat went for his first bath and grooming appointment due to a few mats that were close to the skin and I was unable to work through. They reassured me over the phone (I called after reading reviews and scheduling online) and in person at drop off they would not push it. If he was stressed they would stop and call me. He got groomed! He didn’t like the bath as expected but went well overall. He hid in his safe spot for a while when we got home but has been so lovey ever since. 🩷
