In Medina, daycares and kennels usually ask for proof of rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccinations and a short temperament test before the first stay. Across Minnesota, holiday weekends and summer book out weeks ahead, so reserve early and ask about pickup windows, which can be shorter on Sundays. Pet sitters and walkers should be insured and bonded; ask for references and a meet-and-greet first. Check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 6:30 am–7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach PupTown at (763) 478-0203; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, puptownmn.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 114 reviews, which is a strong result for a dog daycare in Medina and suggests consistent service.
Medina is in Minnesota, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Medina follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. What a lovely place for the dogs! Amazing staff who are very friendly. My dog Juno gets thrilled and excited at home the moment we say "PupTown". We had been coming to PupTown since Juno was born 5 years ago and never have thought of switching to any other place. This is a special place for Juno and us. Excellent leadership from Barb, caring and friendly staff who always welcome us with a smile and energy, reasonable pricing, large outdoor and indoor areas for play are key features of this place. They also have grooming and training services on top of it. They are flexible and try their best to do everything to make Juno comfortable and they know what clearly works for your puppy! We have moved of state in July but this place would be missed by Juno and us and cannot be replaced by any other play area. We received a keep sake document with pictures & letter for Juno from Barb, Alisha, Morgen, Emily & Madi for us to keep for our memories. We are hoping one day Juno would visit his special place again and have fun :-) and we shall stop by at this place whenever we come to Minnesota again.

Amazing staff that gets to know your dog and family. The vetting process is why it’s the best! And communication is excellent. Highly recommend if you want to feel good about your dog when you’re away - for a day play or vacation boarding.

We absolutely love PupTown! Our Soli-Pop gets so much love when she’s there and she loves when she gets to go. We also love that they offer training now! Soli loves her time with Emma. She is learning so much and improving after every training. Their training is extremely thoughtful and full of patience. I can’t wait for Soli to keep working with them and getting her smarts on! Thank you all for loving our pup ❤️

Our pup Freddie LOVES Puptown!! Amazing and attentive staff that always greets him by name. Amazing facility too! We love that he gets time outside on their large turf play area. He has started to notice we are going to 'playcare' when we cross the train tracks and gets so excited! :)
