My princess did great, and they were very patient with me lol. She looked like she was ready for the puppy runway. Great service, definitely recommend 👌

First time using the mobile service. We have a 15 year old Yorkie who is deaf and has some anxiety getting groomed. Having the groomer come to us in case there was a problem with our fur baby worked out great. Great hair cut, smelled fantastic and I believe it was less stress on him. Thank you so much. We’ve found the right groomer for our needs. Two of my Yorkies were groomed. Time frame was great. Dogs aren’t kept in cages. They just come right back in the house when finished.

Well after a couple years of excellent service, today was one for the books. So, my daughter dropped off our 3 dogs and advised the young man whom we’ve never dealt with before that we wanted our dog’s hair cut short. Something we’ve done since we’ve been their customers. Plus we’ve always paid for a medium and 2 small dogs. And our dogs have not grown at all. Well today we go pick up our dogs after leaving them there for 9 hours and our medium dog had no haircut. The young man explained that he did not shave our dog because his breed leaves them bald and it’s not good for them. Well, I was upset because cause I was charged for a large dog bath which I could have done at home and he never called us to let us know his decision. Why would the owners allow a front desk clerk to take it upon his own to not groom our dog? Furthermore, why not call us so we could avoid a charge and just take him home. Why keep our pup their 9 hours for a bath? I hope the owners read this and reach out to us. I’ll be calling on Monday because we have been faithful customers and this is the first time we have experienced an issue there.

I am a very satisfied customer. Every time I take my bella(yorkie) they do an outstanding job on her!!! I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you all at puppyland for your dedicated work n excellent care for my bella. May God keep blessing your buissness.

I called August 1st to schedule an appointment for September 2nd at 9:00am. He took my number down and I showed up this morning telling him I had an appointment. I dropped my dog off at 9:02am and came back at 11:40am. She still hadn’t been cared for. The man explained that since I was a walk-in it was going to be while and told me it was be two more hours till she was done. I told him I had made an appointment a month ago and he looked to the calendar on the wall and claimed I didn’t. I’m moving out of town and needed to be on the road by the time I got her. She was brought to me and her leash had been chewed through. I don’t understand why they’re putting dogs in cages with their leashes. Especially since some get nervous and try getting out. My dog was still dirty and now my car is all dirty. This business is so unorganized.
