I’m guessing this place gets the high ratings from its grooming services and not the animal sales operation that’s going on in-store. I personally dislike the sale of small animals in pet chain stores but what’s really disheartening is seeing how worse these small shops can be. Last week I was in contact with a lady who purchased a live animal, a hamster, from this place. I quickly learned she was not equipped to take on a hamster and what followed suit was just sad. The hamster was placed in a plastic container about the size of a shoebox and was let out on the lady’s bed. Hamster owners know full well that these animals need a lot more than that. And those are less than adequate, they’re inappropriate for how hamsters should be kept for the safety and well-being. First time brining my dog here and no regrets. Groomer was very professional and came out to tell me the best cut since he was matted. Owners in the front were very polite as well. Took us in as a walk in and will definitely come back again

I love taking my 10 year old Chihuahua Shih Tzu Chip to Puppy Resources to get groomed. He’s been going for years and they always give him the perfect trim and have him smelling amazing afterwards. You can trust them with your furry family!

I love this place definitely recommend!!!! I brought my dog here and my dog has never gotten groomed before this and he was very scared at first but they ended up calming him down and overall he was very happy after the service they seem to actually care about your dog and their experience and everyone was very nice and professional and he came out looking like a different dog and tremendously cute I couldn’t believe he was my dog. Very happy. Groomer with the light eyes treated my baby so good.
