Puppy Palace Self-Service Dog Wash, LLC

The Team at Puppy Palace always does such a great job trimming our dogs’ nails (both Dachshund mixes with quick growing nails), And for such a reasonable price! This is truly the best place I found around all of BALTIMORE to get dog nails trimmed, because so many “groomers” just don’t want to do it these days unless your dog somehow “enjoys the process!” There’s also a great self service dog wash here if you need your pup to get a solid bath *without making a mess at home. Highly recommend and worth the drive (even from the far side of town) in my opinion!

Took my golden doodle in for his first puppy cut, left a pic of what I wanted, told them what I wanted (puppy cut)..... now he looks like a Jack Russell terrier.... wth! the staff/ receptionist was very nice but the grooming..... was a NO! although we tipped and stayed polite we will not be going back.

This place is good if you want to drop your dog off for full wash and grooming or WASH it yourself. They charge premium prices for dog grooming. I have no issues with that, it's not an easy task. So once I figured out how to cut my dog's hair myself, I asked if I could use their wash station and cut his hair. The first time, they said, sure but moved me to a new station. The second time they said yes, but with reservation. The most recent time, they stopped me before allowing me to wash him and asked "Are you coming in to give him a haircut? Yeah no, we're really busy, you have to come back during the week" That's nearly impossible because they're only open 9-5pm, as opposed to a retail pet shop, which typically stays open until 7 or 8pm. Basically they don't want you to cut your dog's hair there, but instead of making a definitive rule and being consistent they're very wishy-washy about it, which is way worse than just saying "No, since haircuts are a service we provide, you can't do that here." Or if they permit it then charging an extra fee, or only allowing self-cuts between certain hours, or by appointment. I'm not mad that they prohibit dog cuts, I'm mad that they're indec

This place was excellent! Used the self serve wash here for the first time today and really liked it. They provide the soap (with a few different options to choose from), towels, and even puppy cologne at the end of the wash lol. Super friendly and helpful staff- one of the owners was going around checking on everyone in the stalls making sure no one needed anything. And they’re open on Sundays! Definitely coming back

My experience at puppy palace was amazing. They provide everything for you to self wash your fur baby or you have the option to have your baby groomed by one of their professionals. Very great and knowledgeable customer service and friendly owners. My dog is 85 pounds and they had plenty of space for me to wash him as they have different size stations depending on your dog. We both left very happy and he was super clean! Very reasonably priced. We can’t wait to come back!
