I had an excellent experience at Puppy Luv with my toy poodle, Luna. Luna came back to me calm, happy, and absolutely adorable. Her haircut was exactly what I was hoping for—cute, well-balanced, and perfect for her. What really stood out was the care and professionalism. The groomer took the time to explain his grooming process, discuss Luna's individual grooming needs, and offer recommendations for keeping her comfortable and looking her best. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated that he treated Luna as an individual rather than just another appointment. It's such a relief to find a groomer who clearly cares about both the dogs and their owners. I left feeling confident that Luna was in kind, capable hands, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Puppy Luv is a great place to have your dog groomed. Our Cavalier had several bad mats and Jay did a wonderful job of getting rid of them! I do recommend this place and will be taking our precious dog there again!

We made the decision to switch groomers due to our previous groomer continuously canceling or a no show and we are absolutely beyond happy we found Puppy Luv! They provide excellent customer service, are very attentive to detail, and provide really good prices!! My shih tzu (Mochi) and yorkie (Bentley) always come out looking handsome and happy after pickup! They do also provide daycare and boarding which I was happy to hear! If you haven't booked with them already, what are you waiting for?! I promise you won't regret it!

This place is amazing! The dogs can roam around freely, it’s super clean, and you can really see how much the owners care about the dogs. It’s a bit far from my house, but I’m more than happy to make the trip for my dog’s sake!

I took my two fur babies in for a bath and groom. They did a fantastic job on both. I am so very happy and I will be coming back. Also the customer service was excellent. They asked what I kind of work we wanted and they did just that. They also keep me in the loop when it took a little longer with the both of them. Thank you so very much I will definitely be returning.
