New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and New York follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My golden retriever Walter has been coming here for 3.5 years now, and there is nowhere I would trust more with him! The staff are the nicest people and they truly love each of the dogs as if they’re their own. Walter comes home tired and happy every day, I could not recommend them enough!

I was nervous to leave my dog somewhere new on short notice for boarding, but Puppy Loft was so kind and accommodating! Maple loved her stay and came back clean and happy. She even went back up to the staff to give them some goodbye cuddles. We got a few photo and video updates while we were gone and know she was in good hands. We will definitely be back! Very reasonable rates and great service.

They gave him the cutest puppy cut! I am super happy with their work. It’s taken me 4-months to find a good dog groomer in lower Manhattan. The shop is owned by Brazilians. They really know how to cut a doodles hair.

I highly recommend this daycare and boarding place in Chelsea / West Chelsea. I’ve tried other chain daycares before, and this place is far more attentive and thoughtful. What stands out most is the level of supervision. They have cameras, so you can actually see the dogs during the day, and there is always someone present, checking in, watching the dogs, and making sure the environment stays calm and safe. It feels like the complete opposite of a chaotic dog park. They also do temperament checks, which really matters, because it helps create a much better group dynamic. Their pricing is also more reasonable than many of the bigger chains, while the quality of care is better. I recently boarded my dog with them for 12 days, and I was very happy with the experience. The boarding price was fair, it included walks three times a day and feeding, and they regularly sent me photos and updates, which made me feel much more at ease while I was away. I also appreciate that the staff gives useful feedback to owners. For example, they told me when my dog was pulling and suggested specific leash/collar options to try. That kind of practical advice is really helpful and shows they genuinely
