Puppy Dreams - West Little Rock

SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR DOG FROM HERE. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Puppy Dreams in West Little Rock and, more importantly, with how they handled the situation after I brought my puppy home. I paid approximately $3,400 for Nala, and the very next day after bringing her home, I had to take her to the veterinarian because she was sick. She was ultimately diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and required veterinary care and treatment. Within the first week of bringing Nala home, we spent close to an additional $1,500 on veterinary care trying to get her healthy. Between the purchase price and those immediate veterinary expenses, we were already close to $4,900 within the first week. These were not routine puppy expenses or something that developed months after purchasing her. This was medical treatment she needed almost immediately after she was sold to us. Jasmine is such a kind and helpful employee! I have already brought one lovely dog into my home from Puppy Dreams but I was looking for an ESA dog as a disabled veteran. Jasmine heard my situation and gave me great advice while being very professional and friendly. If you are looking for a new furry family member, she can help! ( ◜‿◝ ) Thank you for you kindness! First photo is of my boy, Haku, and the second is of a puppy being goofy there

I went to Puppy Dreams today and honestly had a blast. It was way different than what I expected, but in a good way. Drew and Maddie really helped me out—broke down pricing and made the whole decision process smooth. Definitely a solid experience.
