Alex and his crew are delightful. Our little guy is happy to go in for grooming, comes out happy and looking great. It's a comfort to know he is well cared for at Puppy Bubbles.

(Since I can’t respond back to the owners comment, I will respond post my response here): To respond to your comment, I looked back at my Yelp review from 2023, and it wasn’t entirely positive either. I specifically wrote that I believed my dog may have been bitten or attacked during a grooming appointment after the change in ownership because she became terrified to return afterward. Under the previous owner, she never showed that level of fear or anxiety. Regardless of what happened, we ultimately decided not to come back because we’ve since found a groomer where she is genuinely excited to go. That was never the case during your ownership. My dog is typically confident and not fearful of people or new places, so the sudden change in her behavior after grooming with your business raised a significant red flag for us. They always do a really nice job with my Shih Tzu. I’ve been bringing him here since he was about a year old, and I feel really comfortable leaving him with them. At our last visit, I asked for a specific style, and they nailed it. Huge shoutout to Laura for that! He came out looking so cute, and he gets so many compliments when we’re out. I also really appreciate how neatly they trim the hair around his eyes every time. It keeps everything clean and helps prevent tear stains. My dog is always happy to go in, which says a lot! Definitely recommend!

We love Puppy Bubbles!! Sometimes Tina comes home with a very cute bandana, and she always smells so clean and fresh. We'll go to them as long as they're on Mercer Island 🫶

Great great grooming session my puppy had today! He was bathed thoroughly and all his hairs were freshly brushed. I really like the customized hair style which fits him perfectly!! The groomer checked with me about my preference and made sure all my needs were met. Look at my pup, oh he knows he looked amazing! Definitely recommended.
