About Pup-N-Cuts
A pet salon & spa offering specialty grooming services, boarding, daycare, & more.
Pup-N-Cuts is a pet groomer in Brookhaven, Georgia. It is listed at 4280 Peachtree Rd NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319, which places it among the local businesses of Brookhaven that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as pet boarding service, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8 am–6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Brookhaven is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Brookhaven is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

IM BEYOND UPSET WITH ANITA BROWN THE OWNER. My dog was harmed here and ANITA THE OWNER TOOK NO ACCOUNTABILITY! This review has everything to do with Anita and not the groomer who we love. My dog has been getting cut by the same groomer for years at a different salon. He recently relocated to pup and cuts which I wasn’t thrilled about because of the negative reviews I’ve heard but I followed him to pup n cut cause I really like him and my baby is used to him. I understand accidents happen which is understandable. Upon picking my baby up we pay then go to the car. before I could even start my car there’s blood all over my pants. I took my baby back in informed them that his paw is bleeding they take him to the back try to stop the bleeding for 15 min and wasn’t successful. I informed Anita that I was taking him straight to the vet and that I will be holding her responsible for his medical bills. She did agree to pay and she has paid for the medical bills thus far as he’s still going through treatment. My issue with her is that when I called her to collect payment at the vet she said “we reviewed all cameras and idk what happened once you got in your car”. Anita WTH could’ve happened

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST GROOMING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. They kept my dogs for over 6 hours and returned them completely exhausted and stressed. But that’s not even the worst part. They injured both of my dogs. One came back with wounds around multiple nails. The other had his ear CUT WITH SCISSORS OR A RAZOR, covered in blood when then handed him back. Instead of admitting their mistake they lied and claimed it was caused by a comb. The scissor cut is absolutely obvious. They were also so rough removing matted hair that they left cuts on my dogs paws and I had to clean the wounds and bandage them myself. To make it even worse they didn’t even remove all the matted areas. This level of carelessness is UNBELIEVABLE and UNACCEPTABLE. Injuring dogs is bad enough, but lying about it is even worse. If you care about your pets PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for grooming and overall have had a really positive experience. They consistently do a great job and my dog always comes back looking clean, well groomed, and happy. I also really appreciate how knowledgeable they are. They take the time to explain what my dog actually needs vs what’s optional, and I always feel like the recommendations are honest and not upsold. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is because communication can be a bit limited while your dog is there. If appointments are running longer than expected, it’s not always easy to get an update or reach someone quickly, which can be a little stressful as a dog owner. I’d feel much more at ease with a clearer way to check in during those times. That said, the quality of care is excellent and I do trust them with my dog. I would still recommend them, just with that small note about communication.

We LOVE pup n cuts! Omar always has our girl looking beautiful. She is very anxious especially when it comes to her nails and she has typical lab skin allergies, but they manage to work with her and get the job done. I appreciate their patience in getting to know our dog so that she becomes more comfortable after each visit.

Pup n cute came highly recommended and decided to try them. On 2/26/26 we dropped off my Toy poodle Teddy for his scheduled appt at 12 noon. Was told it would be 4 hrs. We were very specific with our request. We asked for the Toy Poodle “Teddy Bear” cut and showed a reference photo to ensure there was no misunderstanding. We also clearly stated that Teddy’s tail and ears were not to be cut. Upon pickup, I paid and then they brought my Teddy back to me. What they did to my dog was terrible. They had shaved him down. His tail was shaved and his ears were cut. I expressed my disapproval of their service. Told them they went against my wishes and there was no reason for him to be shaved down like this, because he was not matted. Candace did not offer no apology and said she would find out what happened and get back with me the following day. She never did. On 2/27/26 around 6pm I emailed them, it took the owner Anita 3 days to respond back. Didn’t offer an apology for my terrible experience, or a resolution. All she said was “ Thank you for reaching out to me about this experience. I will speak with my team today to gather a bit of information as well as review footage. I will follow u
