Pup Club provided an awesome experience for my Mr. Darcy. The registration process was smooth in the form of a questionnaire of questions so they know how to care for your special heart. The drop off was effortless. On the first day of his day I received photos and videos with a sweet caption. This put a huge smile on my face along with sweet laughter. This was the standard throughout his entire stay. I was able to send text communications to the care staff. Extra care was extended and for this I am grateful. This is just a small statement from my heart about my first experience with Pup Club. Sweet care and attention is highly important. I am glad I found them.

Best doggy daycare in Pasadena! It takes a lot for us to trust people with our pup, but Pup Club gained our trust very quickly! We always receive photos and updates and our pup Monty is always excited to go to daycare. Highly recommend Pup Club to all pup owners!

My dog is usually shy, but this Pasadena dog daycare helped him come out of his shell. The team was patient and attentive, and now he’s more social than ever. It’s been such a positive experience.

I can’t recommend Pup Club enough! My dog can be quite anxious in new environments, but the team here was incredibly patient and gave her plenty of individual attention to make sure she felt safe and comfortable. Their responsiveness really put my mind at ease. It’s such a relief to find a place that truly understands a dog's specific needs. We will definitely be back!

We recently had our 2 fur babies stay here for a long weekend. This was our first time with Pup Club. I am always concerned about leaving my pups anywhere, especially my older girl who is 11+ years old and suffers from anxiety. We reserved the VIP suite which allowed us to see them via ring cam during the night. I was concerned if they would be kept busy during the day, get attention, etc. The staff was amazing. Not only did they text me updates, but they also sent pictures so I could see they were fine. It was very reassuring. The facility is small which I think allows the staff to spend more focused attention on the pups who are there. I am thrilled to have found a safe place for my babies so close to home. Have another trip coming up in September so will definitely be using them again. Thank you Pup Club for a great experience.
