I bring my corgi here for a full groom every few months and it’s always an excellent experience! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with grooming services. Easy booking, friendly and kind staff, and my corgi always comes home smiling and looking refreshed!

First picture is what we asked for (a photo from his previous groom elsewhere) and second photo is how he came home. Needless to say it was not what we were expecting, especially after communicating multiples times we did not want him shaved/ short. Also what the heck is going on with that tail??? 😭 We asked them just to trim the top. Added an extra star because everyone was actually very nice despite the outcome.

Wish things would've been better! My pup doesn't love to be groomed, something I was clear about before our appointment. Anyway the staff ended up charging me over $50 for all the non-grooming services associated with the appointment, after I had already made it clear the grooming was the priority. They said they couldn't groom her and offered no rescheduling or payment flexibility. Never tried scissors after clippers didn't work, just a poor way of handling a difficult situation, I wouldn't expect a reputable business to do a much better job!!

My dog loves coming to you for his sprucing! And I'm so glad because he is way too much dog for me to bathe! Friendly staff, great groomers, clean shop, east appt setting system. Zero complaints! Been coming here for 7 years now and moved away but still make the drive past at least a dozen other groomers to come here! Keep up my fur pampering pro's!

I have a toy poodle that has very curly hair. I like to keep him long and fluffy so I usually go 4 weeks between each appointment. I moved so I tried this place and I honestly don’t feel that they took their time with his fur. I dropped him off and the lady at the counter mentioned his ears were matted. Which I knew that. So I showed her the length I’d like him to have and she agreed that would be a good length for my dog. So I was like great, I’m okay to leave my dog to get groomed. I get a call 15 minutes later stating that they would need to cut majority of his fur off due to matting. He was not matted. Poodles have curly fur. Whether your brush it or not, there’s going to be some kinks in the fur… but anyways I was upset with the phone call because if they had mentioned that while I was there, I would have gladly left with my dog and took him across town to my usual place. I told them to keep as much hair on him as possible. I return and majority of his fur was gone, he had a cut on him and was bleeding, and guess what? The part that we all knew was matted (his ears) is where they left all the fur. This led me to believe that they were not willing to take the time to work with
