Richard did an exceptional job with my dog. He was very gentle, patient and caring with my 8lb. Maltipoo. Richard did not rush. He brushed him to remove a couple of knots and he did it with care. The cut was very nicely done and exactly as I wanted leaving my dog with a sculpted fluffy look. I will be returning and make this my puppy’s new grooming spot. Based on my experience, I highly recommend.

Our first experience with Richard was amazing. ZERO COMPLAINTS! He asked my husband and I to be apart of the preparation, explained all steps, and asked questions to help make our baby comfortable. He was gentle with Onyx and moved pretty quick. His service from the moment we walked in until we picked up Onyx was about 1.5hrs and he did an amazing job!! We will definitely become regulars. Thank you Richard

I went to Richard for the first time and I can honestly say he is the best person ever. Not only does he care about you, but he truly cares about your pet as well. My dog Paris is usually very scared when it comes to grooming, but Richard treated her with so much patience and kindness that she eventually warmed up to him. He took his time with her, made her feel comfortable, and by the end she looked so beautiful. He also teaches you a lot and makes sure you understand how to properly care for your dog. You can tell he does this out of love and passion, not just as a job. I truly wish I had found out about him sooner because I wouldn’t go to anyone else besides him. From now on I will definitely keep bringing my dog Paris to him for grooming and will continue recommending him and bringing more people to his business. May God always bless him.

Richard groomed my 5-month-old puppy, Nova, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He is genuinely a God-sent. His work is exceptional — detailed, patient, and done with so much care. Beyond the quality of the grooming, what really stood out to me was his integrity and work ethic. He treats his clients (and their pets) with respect and kindness, and you can feel that he truly loves what he does. I’m beyond happy with Nova’s results, and honestly, I’m grateful I even met him. If you’re looking for someone you can trust completely with your dog, Richard is it.

I rescued a 13-week-old Shih Tzu puppy and wanted to get him cleaned and groomed. As as a first-time dog owner, it was my first experience with professional grooming too. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Richard made the entire process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Richard is not only highly professional but also incredibly experienced with dogs of all sizes. He took the time to explain what the grooming process would involve, and I could tell he genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free and comfortable as possible for my puppy. After he was done, I was blown away by how great he looked—and even more importantly, how calm and happy he seemed. Richard's gentle approach and expert handling really made a difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and attention he gave my pup. Ive heard its rare to find someone who combines such deep expertise with a true love for animals, but Richard clearly does. I’m so glad I trusted him with my puppy’s first grooming experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
