Great experience! They did an excellent job cleaning my car—it looks spotless inside and out. The front desk staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service!

I recently used Pro Wash Auto Spa in Columbia, MD to prepare my SUV for overseas shipping, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tae was friendly, professional, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. This was my first professional detail on my 8-year-old SUV, and when he was done, it honestly looked brand new. What really stood out was how thorough he was. Tae did a careful pre-inspection of my vehicle, explained exactly which services I’d need to pass my inspection, and walked me through everything once he finished. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the car and the customer. If you’re shipping a vehicle and need it detailed properly to make sure you get a first-time go at the VPC, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Pro Wash Auto Spa and will absolutely be back in the future.

Just had Ceramic tint done on my 2026 Audi RS3 and the results speak for themselves. Rodney was great to work with, super knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. The install is absolutely flawless! Clean edges, no bubbles, and the film lays perfectly even around the curves of the RS3. The 20% all around gives it exactly the dark, aggressive look I wanted while still delivering real heat rejection. If you’re in the DMV and want a quality tint job done right, Rodney is your guy.

I had an outstanding experience at Prowash Auto Spa in Columbia. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and took real pride in their work. My vehicle came out looking better than it has in years, paint, wheels, interior, and trim were all handled with serious attention to detail. What stood out most was that they didn’t rush the job. They walked the vehicle with me, set expectations, and absolutely delivered. The finish, gloss, and interior cleanliness were top-tier. You can tell they treat each car like it’s their own. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality detailer in the Columbia area, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back.
