About Pretty Pooches LLC

Located at 3855 S 60th St #5, Milwaukee, WI 53220, Pretty Pooches LLC operates as a pet groomer serving Milwaukee in Wisconsin. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–3 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Milwaukee is in Wisconsin, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Milwaukee is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. If there was a zero!? That be the score .So I drop my 20lb dog off at 11:00am.On the 2 forms I filled out,I stressed how,he needs to be Muzzled!!! He hates having his paws clipped. She said NO PROBLEM..I get a call 3 hrs later. That my Dog can't be groomed. But they gave him a bath, without a problem. She showed him the muzzle!! Then she said he went off..I asked why didn't you call me right AWAY? She was only Worried about the $$$..I said I'd definitely give $20.00 for the bath. But she REFUSED and wanted $40.00 for the bath. When I got there,he was in a small cage,Stuffed under the counter. But another dog had on a helmet? I asked what is that? She stated it's for aggressive dogs? OK so why was 🐼 left under the counter for 3 hours? I told her I was only giving her $20 for the bath, and 3 HOURS no call ..She jumped Grabbed the phone,to call the police 🚓🚨.She wanted to cause trouble so bad,it was a horrible experience .My Dog is so stressed,he hasn't acted right since...

We’ve been going to Pretty Pooches for a couple months now, and we’re really happy with their service. We started taking our Yorkie there first, and have been nothing short of delighted by our Itty Bitty’s puppy cut. Recently we started bringing our Chihuahua Koda for a bath, nails, etc., she comes home adorable and smelling like raspberries. TBH the only downside to singing their praises is the possibility that it gets harder to make appointments.

I called last week Friday and they were able to get Luna in today. They did so well putting her at easy. When I picked her up Luna smelled so amazing her nails were well done. With them being black I always worry about people clipping them to short and hurting her. But they did the beautifully.

I love taking our little Yorkie-Poo here for his haircuts. They are always happy to see him and every time they hand him back, he is like a new dog! They even top it off with a bandanna to add a personal touch! The staff is so nice and welcoming! I will continue to bring my puppy here as often as possible! Reasonably priced in a great location!
