Pretty Polished Paw

I had a good experience with Pretty Polished Paw. The staff was welcoming and treated my pet with care from start to finish. The grooming was done neatly, and my dog looked clean, well-groomed, and happy afterward. The pricing seemed fair, and I'd definitely bring my pet back for future grooming.

Tried this place for the first time for one of my pups who’s very fearful of the groomer. They did such an amazing job on him. He looks so cute. I will definitely be back and will bring my others dogs here for grooming! Thank you so very much!

Been taking my dog here for years with no real complaints. They usually cut my dog’s hair the way I like and he seems to like it there. Today was totally different. Made an appointment for 10:30 and when 2 o’ clock came around I called to check on the status since I drive 50 mins to get there and I know they have a late fee. Got a call back at 2:30 and they said they were starting on my dog now and to be there in an hour. I get there at 3:40 and the groomer said she hasn’t even started on my dog because the owner told her to do another dog first. She said he’s had a bath already and will get started on him soon but will be another hour. Fine, I wait in the waiting area because I needed his hair cut before the weekend. An hour goes by and I can hear her tell my dog that she won’t be back tomorrow, that it’s her second day here and that this was a poorly ran place etc. She then tells my dog she has to call her boss. She comes out and says he was moving too much so she cut him and won’t be able to finish the job! Mind you, my dog does not move around a lot as he is 17yo so I know she was lying about that. She was clearly agitated about the work environment and me being there that she

Great place to get your fur baby a doggy spa day ♥️🐶 Janie and the team are absolutely wonderful!! They love fur babies just as if they were their own. We lost our babygirl LaLa in a very unexpected tragedy after leaving them at a different doggy spa. Only God knows why and we do NOT blame the other place but I was not ready to go back there nor did we feel it would be good for her baby brother Meatball. So we took him here and they made us feel so comfortable. Meatball was traumatized after losing his sister but PPP made his experience back at the spa as easy and comforting as they could. Also helping my hubby and I feel ok to leave him there. We ♥️ PPP and the team!
