Took my 10 month old kitten to be seen and everything went great. Very happy I found This place. Clean facility, friendly staff and affordable prices. What else could you ask for?

This was the 2nd time I brought my cat. Each time they are friendly and professional. Took her the second time to get updated shots and officially micro chipped. We went on a clinic day, on a Saturday. The wait time was not long at all, and once they took her back, it was no longer than 5 minutes. Quick and efficient. Will definitely continue going to Premier Paws.

Premier Paws at Timberline in Joliet, IL delivers exceptional care with a team that is both knowledgeable and genuinely kind. During today’s busy Vaccine Clinic Day, the entire staff led with compassion, creating a calm and welcoming environment for all the furry patients. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out. I especially appreciate working with Joe for appointment scheduling and care advice. His gentle demeanor and calming presence make every interaction a pleasure—just what pet parents need during busy visits. Highly recommend Premier Paws for anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care in a supportive and caring atmosphere.

My cat got spayed here last year and I have nothing but great things to say about this vet. All of the staff are so friendly and kind. My cat is pretty spicy when she’s scared, and they take extra measures to make sure everyone (including my cat) is safe when she’s been seen.

My cat, Toothless, was diagnosed with jaundice. The vets were very accommodating, kind, and supportive. My sweet boy lost his month long battle in the end, but I never felt like the vets didn’t put their all into trying to help him and me as well. I’m so grateful for all they did. The euthanasia process was as pleasant and peaceful as it could’ve been as well. Below are pictures of Toothless from before he got sick. Fly high toothless❤️
