It has been a long time, but Debbie allowed a male friend of Pat’s to shampoo one of my Maltese baby’s. When we picked them up Pat said my other baby had scratched the others eye. My baby was in pain so we went directly to see Dr. Robinson. It was a detergent burn! Pat had totally lied! She has passed on now, but I will never forget the lie! Go elsewhere!

The staff was great, but I have to say this was gonna be their last chance to keep me as a customer. The last two times I was their ,it smelled horrible. And. I was quoted one price and got charged twenty dollars more!. But they have really turned it around. They have cleaned it up great. And no bad smells. I was amazed!!!. Way to go precious paws. I have been taking my animals their since she opened the doors , I really wanted them to be my dogs groomer. And they are back with vengeance. Keep up the great work ladies. I'll se u in a couple of months!!

I do not recommend this place to anyone. We took our bernedoodle (a very full haired breed of dog) today. We expressed at drop off that we did not want him cut short. They told us that they would have to cut the matted hair off (which we understood) but we still did not want him cut short. When our dog was picked up he was completely shaved. No one was notified that a different outcome may appear or anything. They literally just shaved him for $120 dollars. It is winter time. Cold. And they left him 100 percent naked. I am highly disappointed.

I took 5 small dogs for a friend to be groomed here. They were able to take them all at once and make an appointment within a day. They were very caring and gentle with the dogs and very thorough about getting the information they needed. They were fast and the dogs were happy and looked great. Will definitely visit again and refer anyone
