Precious Paws Animal Hospital

We have been here three times so far. Usually going to the vet is not a good thing. It either means that something is wrong or you’re trying to prevent something from going wrong. My dog is 17 years old and has seen a lot of different veterinarians over the years. In her old age, we have had some vets that have indicated that we should just be thankful that she’s still around instead of trying to improve her quality of life. That is not the experience that we received at Precious Paws Animal Hospital. They gave both of us the time, energy and respect that we deserved, and everyone we’ve interfaced with has been lovely. I can’t recommend them enough.

My mom and I had the greatest experience with the team at Precious Paws. Starting with Starla on the phone last evening going above and beyond all the way through doctor Cantrell this morning and everyone in between. You all made what was a very scary experience for our Pookie to be 100% manageable. To the point where my mom and I actually left for about an hour to go run some errands while you guys took care of our baby. We've never done that before and it was only because you won us over immediately... and you won over Pookie too (and that's not easy!). We appreciate you and we are officially forever clients of Precious Paws Animal hospital. Thank you all!

This team has always been so professional while also sincerely caring about both pets and pet owners that there's just no comparison between them and other Memphis area hospitals we've used. The others were fine, some, even quite good, but just not at same level as Precious Paws. Until seeing this review request, I'd simply forgotten the others and now, I'm reminded and relieved that their consistent care has just been so good that I had come to take them for granted. Other veterinary hospitals just don't compare to the layout, cleanliness, atmosphere, sincere friendliness and professionalism we've been fortunate to have received this last 5 years and multiple dogs they've helped us care for.

The vets and staff here are so knowledgeable and sweet! Brought my Shih Tzu in for an ear infection and spay appointments, the prices are fair and treatments are up to date! I was so happy to get the ear infection treatment as a one and done thing, instead of drops every day for a while, and it cleared up very fast!

Dr. Ryan Kennedy is a great Dr. he is compassionate professional kind and caring. He truly cared about Maggie. He found problems I didn’t know she had… enlarged heart, trachea pushed in by heart and cushings. He has given meds and support for her quality of life at age 13. Dr. Cassandra Cantrell is amazing! She’s kind compassionate caring and professional! She took care of all 3 of our dogs after boarding them for 4 days they became very sick with bacterial and viral infections and kennel cough. A very long stressful journey. She was there for us and our babies throughout their care. Today is the first day they seem to be getting better. Our family can not thank her enough. I want to take a minute to thank the very kind professional and helpful front desk. They help me every time I call or come in even when I’m calling non stop! I personally want to thank Diana. She’s been there from our very first visit and has been a rock for our family. She’s kind she cares and she’s always ready to search for the answers to all our questions. She’s the best! I want to say thank you to Kayleigh Kylie, Michaela and Starla! Without them? We would be lost! They too are kind professional and always
