Poshy Paws screwed up my scheduled appointment and would not accommodate me when I came in. I was made to feel like I was not a valuable customer. After using there services for about 5yrs, paying there high prices and faithfully tipping. Very disappointed.

A great groom done on my cat! Making an appointment was easy. Left a voicemail and heard back from them promptly. He went in for dematting and they did a great job. No scrapes, smooth cut, and listened to the specifics I wanted done for him. I was nervous taking my cat to a new spot and they're a little more expensive than other places but I was very happy with the groomer and end result. He is also much happier now too! I just wish they had a legit website

My coworker recommended Poshy Paws when I was looking for a new groomer. Making an appointment with them was super quick and easy and the communication was great. The staff I interacted with were very sweet and I could tell they cared for furry clients! They did an amazing job on my dog— he smells so clean and his fur is soft and very well brushed out. Decently priced and got him done with his full groom in a super timely manner. Thank you, Poshy Paws! We’ll definitely be returning.

We have a 110 lb Lab that has high anxieties. He so desperately needed a good bath, de-shedding, and his nails and paws done. Poshy Paws did an amazing grooming on our big boy!! First he was calm when I arrived to pick him up, seemed not afraid at all…and he was beautiful!!! Coat was shiny, his nails looked great…and he smelled wonderful!! He was not in a cage which I was so glad to see. He was in a corralled area and could see me drive up…he was so happy…and I was too! When I first walked into Poshy Paws, I observed 3 groomers working on little dogs…each one of the groomers were showing the sweetest affection towards their little clients!!! Thank you Poshy Paws for making Hunter’s first visit such a pleasant one! He definitely will be back!!

We have been taking our dogs here for a year and have been getting they're fur cut by the same girl, makayla. No issues at all with her. This last time our Stanford was cut by someone different, the owner. After about a week the fur around his male part had gotten so irritated that it may be infected from him licking it. Upon further inspection there is no way possible that the way they shaved his male part is The same way they shaved our other dogs male part. The grow out length is not the same, she most likely shaved it bald. And now that it's growing back, it's irritated. When confronted on this issue, she tried to shift the blame on anyone and everyone other than herself. To include us for not brushing him enough, he is brushed 2-3 times a week. His board and train for keeping him in a kennel all day, he is out all day training. And she publicly slandered a new locally owned business by saying the diapers they wear there caused it. He has not been to this business yet, he's been I'm training since it opened. Basically refusing to accept any responsibility at all and treated my wife like a child by speaking over her and not letting her get a word out. Well at the very least you
