My dog has been going here for daycare and it’s been a great experience. He comes home tired, happy, and actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, and I feel comfortable leaving him there knowing he’s in good hands. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable place for your dog.

I have had a great experience with Posh Pet Hotel, and my dog has been coming here for three years. Although he can be a bit difficult at times, this is the only place he truly trusts. The staff understands his personality and treats him with genuine care and affection, my other dog Fendi also enjoys her grooming appointments here, and I appreciate the added peace of mind that comes from being able to check in on him through the live cameras.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE, I left them here to go to my honeymoon in Tennessee, I left Both of my dogs, Baxter and Penelope on Friday morning, and I picked them up Monday afternoon at six, on Sunday night around 9 PM, I received a message that Baxter had tore his paw Pad somehow That they were putting coconut oil on it, I asked them if it was an emergency they reassured me. It was not. Once I got there on Monday to pick them up, I was very rushed out of the door, both of my dogs had injuries, truly a terrible experience. The receptionist had more sympathy than the owner but I left with more questions than answers. Finally, after trying to get some answers all afternoon and all morning next day, I received a phone call at 2 PM on Tuesday from the manager, Admitting that there is a lot of lack of Communication within her team, And that the injuries that my dog sustained were basically normal, A happy tail, I can understand, one paw, I can understand, but multiple paws on top of a rash and her response to me was she did not know where the rash came from, and she can admit while speaking to her team and investigating that there was lack of communication from the morning And night team, W

I boarded my precious cat with Posh Pet Hotel and my pet told me he was very well taken care of with feedings, playtime, attention, and comfortable lodgings and a nail trim (which was extra). The pet professionals that took care of me, the cat parent, were helpful and reassuring. The only slight criticism I have was that the pet-cam didn’t seem to be working and there were no “paw-reports” about how my cat was doing. Other than that, the prices were reasonable and I would highly recommend the Posh Pet Hotel for all your posh pet needs!

Posh Pet Hotel is an amazing place! If you are looking for a trustworthy and friendly daycare for your furbaby, you can not go wrong with Posh Pet Hotel. My pup Wayne absolutely loves it. He is so excited to go play at daycare every single morning! Plus you can watch them on the cameras whenever you want. Thank you to all the PPH staff, you guys are the best!
