Parents did an online order unfortunately they didn’t get everything. If you place an online order make sure you check your order to make sure you have everything!! My mom’s burger had old looking lettuce and she didn’t even ask for lettuce on her burger. She was also missing her red onions. My dad asked for bacon and didn’t get any. They said the food was good but it sucks that they didn’t get everything they ordered or things they didn’t ask for and had to pay extra for certain items that cost a little extra. What makes it worse is my parents asked for less items on their burgers but still didn’t get everything.

7-21-26 @ 5:41 pm. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. I ordered a Greek salad through the drive-thru. When placing my order with the employee standing outside, I specifically asked her to make sure my receipt was attached to the bag. Her response was, “We place it on the bag, and once we do that, we have no control of where it goes.” It came across as dismissive instead of simply reassuring me that she would check. Fortunately, the receipt was attached when I picked up my order, so I thought everything was fine. Unfortunately, after driving about 30 minutes back to my hotel, I opened my salad and discovered it was missing two of the main ingredients that make it a Greek salad—no feta cheese and no olives. At that point, there was nothing I could do without driving all the way back. It’s incredibly disappointing when you pay for a meal, travel a significant distance, and then find out your order wasn’t made correctly. I expect better attention to detail and better customer service from Portillo’s. A simple quality check before handing out the order would have prevented this entire experience.

Beautiful nostalgic retro/antique decor, happy atmosphere, and fantastic food! Been here like 4 times in the past few months! Will def return!!

Lucas is the man! My son and I were in town to see Dave Matthew’s Band this weekend… we stopped by after the show…. My kid (19) loves the BIG beef with hot peppers, dipped in brown gravy…. I tried it and it was so good…. But yall the cake shake…. That is where it’s at! I could eat a large one myself… it gets better with every bite… DE-LISH! Yall got a good thing going here! Thank you!

Visiting from Texas, Every time we’ve ate here it was drive thru every time and hit the road back home But today we finally sat down to eat and relax without having to eat fast before traffic. Let me tell ya it’s different when you enjoy the food and experience the environment in all what Portillos has to offer. Everything we ordered was very good. Loved it all.. we will be back..
