Horrible! I would not go through these people EVER! Drained pool and started to fill back up same day. Company said it can not be fixed and will need to pay for a whole new pool! Said I shouldn’t have drained it. Meanwhile every employee up there said they drained their pool and refilled it no problem. Jeff pool service and repair was super nice and is coming out on a Sunday to fix my pool. I recommend him and his service/pools. Not this money hungry company that does nothing. Oh btw my pool is still under warranty. Ridiculous!!!!

The customer service was outstanding. Chase went above and beyond to help me with a product I didn't purchase there but made sure to show me how it worked and that it was in good condition. No upselling just honest and knowledgeable help, truly aporeciated that and he made me a for ever custoner for any future pool needs. JJ was very informative, helpful and genuinely took time to explain and write down what I needed to have my pool functioning after checking water levels. Nick was very friendly, great customer service and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. These guys made my visit great and also liked how they interacted with each other and can tell they work great as a team. Hopefully they get recognized for what I felt was excellent service.

I bought a new Celtic Hot tub from them a year and some change ago, good experience. Just don’t expect it to ever be repaired. Once something breaks there is a zero percent chance they will help you. My hot tub has been hemorrhaging water for 7 months and we haven’t been able to get in it. Everyone time the service tech comes out they “replace a jet” and say I need another piece that never arrives. Scheduling is difficult, the only thing they do well is take your money for service fees and not fix the issue. I engaged “management” and they say they’re on it, but nothing ever happens. They do a good job of blaming the customer for “PH” levels or the temperature, or saying” don't step on the jets.” Can’t step on it if it’s broken and I can’t get in. Now I just own a broken expensive hot tub.

Great experience buying a pool here and having it installed. It's a bit of a process putting in a pool, even an above ground pool, but it's worth it. Enjoyed working with everyone and am glad the pool is here and ready for summer!

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I scheduled a pool liner replacement on March 3rd and was told the install would take about three weeks. The first installation date was set for March 22nd, then pushed back about a week, and then delayed again due to no available installation crew. After multiple scheduling delays, the job was finally completed by a subcontracted installer, not an in-house crew. I immediately began filling the pool with water at my own expense after installation. Within 24 hours, the pool liner came completely off the track, resulting in a full installation failure and causing the water I had just filled the pool with to drain out. This was not minor shifting or normal liner settling. This was a complete pool liner installation failure within one day. When I contacted Pool & Spa Depot, I was told the installer would contact me sometime today regarding the failed installation. I was also informed that no immediate repair could be scheduled, and I am still left waiting with an unusable pool. At this point, responsibility has been shifted between the company and the subcontractor, with no cle
