We love this Pet “Spaw” for our Shih-Tzu Chloe. Taylor has groomed Chloe for over 8 years and Chloe is very comfortable with Taylor and the shop. Every dog that I see in the Spaw waiting to be picked up are beautifully groomed. It is a friendly and clean shop and everyone , including the pets seem to be very comfortable being there. I highly recommend Poodles & Pals Pet Spaw.

We brought our Mini Schnauzer in for a bath, along with a nail trim and paw fur trim. We specified a bath only and no hair cutting. This place was recommended by a friend, and since it was his first visit, we were hoping for a positive experience. When we picked him up, we were told that part of his chest fur had been shaved due to matting. We understand that some matting may have been present, and our concern is not that the matted fur was removed. Rather, no one contacted us beforehand to let us know that shaving was being considered or to ask for our approval. We would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss the options before any fur was cut. Even more concerning, our dog’s eyes were noticeably red after the appointment. Five days passed, eyes are still red and we have to consider to go to the vet. We do not know exactly what caused it—whether it was shampoo irritation based on their explanation, or handling during washing, or something else—but his eyes were not red when we dropped him off. As paying customers, we expect professional care and attention to our pet’s safety and comfort. Seeing his eyes in that condition afterward was upsetting. To be fair, they did a goo

I had such a great experience with Taylor at Poodles and Pals Grooming! She did a fantastic job grooming and bathing my dog, Loki—he looks absolutely adorable. I asked for a teddy bear cut, and she nailed it perfectly. You can really tell they specialize in poodles because the attention to detail and styling was beyond what I expected. This was Loki’s first cut with Taylor since his regular groomer is no longer available, so I was honestly a little nervous about the transition. But Taylor made the whole experience so easy and comforting. She’s very friendly, kind, and clearly cares about the dogs she works with. When I picked Loki up, he was so happy, which meant everything to me. I also really love that they let the dogs roam around after grooming instead of putting them in crates—that’s a huge plus. I’m beyond happy with the whole experience and will definitely be bringing Loki back. Highly recommend!

So happy that Taylor has opened her own grooming center salon for dogs. I have used her for three of my dogs and am so happy with the care she takes. My current dog is very nervous but Taylor’s calm manner makes her relaxed. I would recommend Poodles and Pals Holistic Spaw for any dog owner.

We absolutely love Poodles and Pals! We started our puppy with the introduction to grooming (1st Spaw experience), and Glo was very informative and patient! Today our pup just had his first full grooming and looks (and smells!) amazing! We’re so thankful for how the team treats our pup just like their own — it truly shows in the care and love they give. Highly recommend!
