Pooches Paradise Daycare and Resort

I called early in the morning and spoke with the owner. My dog sitter cancelled on short notice and I needed to go out of town for 11 days for work. I was quoted $500 and vaccination records were requested. I was working and told them it would be later in the day. No options for size of kennel or accommodations were ever mentioned...just a price quote. I called later in the day and submitted the records, went through a battery of questions, and made my reservation with an 8AM dropoff. All good! They call back later explaining that they can't accommodate my reservation due to the kennel they quoted me being unavailable. I would have to upgrade to a bigger kennel for $270 more. I tried to work it out with them since it would be a problem getting another place on short cancellation notice and instead of doing the right thing...taking him anyway at the price I was quoted...they simply said NO and cancelled my reservation. I was agreeable with what I was offered. They, THE OWNER, made a mistake and not only wouldn't consider honoring her price quote, but made her employee make the call to tell me while she mangled the puppet string in the background during the call. WRONG MOVE! Horr

Our pup doesn’t like to leave home, but when she needs a home away from home, we always choose Pooches. The personnel are friendly and helpful and we can be out of town knowing our dog is safely cared for.

We've been taking our dog Marnee to Pooches Paradise for the last six years, and they're such a blessing for our family! We've done daycare, boarding, and grooming services there and would recommend them all. The staff knows her so well, and I know she gets lots of love when she's there. I truly don't know what we'd do without this business!

When I got my rescue pup, I suddenly needed a reliable doggy daycare. The incredibly kind folks at Pooches went out of their way to work with her, with dedicated 1:1 training they helped her to overcome some of the anxiety-related traits she had picked up along the way. Today she is a regular attendee at daycare and loves every moment of it. Moreover, I have peace of mind that she’s being taken care of by a group of folks that really care. Couldn’t have done it without their help!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and will forever be a fan! From the incredible, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient staff, to the fair prices, hours, clean environment, location, and the online booking options. I enjoy that the staff takes the time to continue all the training that I put in and it’s not a free for all during daycare. My girl, Maddie, has been other places and honestly this is the only place I trust and recommend. She enjoys all the pups and staff. Maybe a little too much cause she is just exhausted once she gets picked up! Plus I get to show her off with her amazing report cards! Boarding services are just as awesome as the daycare, plus daycare is included! And the staff did not make fun of the items I brought! Do yourself and your pups a solid and check them out!
