I have a much older dog who moves a lot and requires a light touch. Despite being warned about this, I was told it would be no more than $50 with nail trim and ear plucking. I thought the appointment would take an hour. I was told an hour and a half. Three hours later, I was charged $72 and got my dog back with a shaved back and little else done. I'm not entirely sure he had a complete bath as they said something about him not being able to stand in the tub. What they should have done was told me they couldn't do it and send me on my way. I would not even have written this review if it weren't for the fact that now he won't even let me try to trim his paws without shrieking, which he never used to do. He has been traumatized so I can't do any trimming to try and neaten up the terrible job they did. I'm sure they are fine if your dog is young and used to them, but if you have an older boy or girl with any special needs, please go elsewhere.

I have used Pooch Grooming 3 times and I've always been happy with the grooming, but not this time around. I specifically asked not for a kennel-like cut. They cut her very short on her body and butchered her beautiful fluffy ears. Her ears are so short that she now looks disproportioned to her body. Her head looks tiny with a big body. I was very taken back by her cut and asked why I wasn't called if her ears were too matted. It was nothing a small brushing couldn't handle. I brush her ears weekly--it wasn't matted! I was never offered a discount because my reaction was of disgust, so it was obvious I wasn't happy. The owner handled the situation poorly and could have offered to discount the service to make up for the misunderstanding, but she didn't. We will not be going back!

I love the work and my girls are in for the Mani Pedi and Brazilian. Also for knot removals. They do accommodate for my 2 cats

I have been taking my dogs to Pooch Dog Spa since they first opened and will never go anywhere else! Every experience has been wonderful. Nicole is the best of the best. She is thorough, dedicated, and takes her time to ensure that your pet is given the best care possible. I am always so happy with the service that she provides to us. My dog gets the best treatment and perfect haircut every time. She offers numerous add on services and merchandise as well.

Small but nice groomer. Extremely good pricing for great quality. Took our Pom there for a general grooming and it was EXACTLY what we wanted and expected. Shop gave us a free nail trimming 1 month later. Would recommend.
