Polished Paws Salon & Boutique

We have been taking our three boys to polished paws for YEARS, spending THOUSANDS, and boy have they really changed! For years and years, the same gal was in charge of our dogs and the experience was always nothing but wonderful. We could trust that our dogs were in good hands and that they were well taken care of. Well this gal left and I was unaware and the experience that I received on Friday and then into this weekend has been horrible. I was going to wait for a call back from the manager on Monday before leaving the review, but now at 6:30 in the morning on Sunday. Still cleaning up diarrhea all over the house. I felt it necessary. My dogs are so stressed out that one is has blood in his diarrhea from stress colitis. I don't think that they had water in their runs because when they got home they drank to excess. We spend over $450 Per grooming and so far my wife has had to rewash Bruce once and I will have to again this morning because he has diareahh all over his tail feathers. Now for the pricing: somehow I was charged $75 more than usual. Over $500 dollars for sick dogs that I have to rewash. So, here we are now 6:45 in the morning on Sunday and I am going to be clean

The staff here are the best! Everyone knows Calli by name when she walks in and Ayla always does a fantastic job with her groom!! She’s older and has had a stress seizure once before during a groom so I’m always relieved to know her doctor is right across the street in case anything were to happen. I have the cutest dog on the block thanks to Polished Paws!!!

I took my 3 year old English cream retriever to be groomed and be de shedded . They did a wonderful job!!! He is so soft, his cut is perfect! Very pleased with the service ! This was his first time going there ! It will be the only place I take him for grooming!!!!! Great job to all the staff .

I have a very finicky rescue. She is not comfortable with other dogs, but somehow they work their magic here. She is always very relaxed and happy when I come to pick her up. It’s a great place and the grooming is excellent..

Always a great job for G. Poupon. Kitty is arthritic and diabetic, and I appreciate the care coordinated between the vet clinic and salon.
