Absolutely LOVE this spa. My skin looks better than it ever has and I have been doing clinical skincare for a long time. They listened to my needs, created a customized care plan and I look so much younger.

I had such a relaxing and refreshing experience at this medspa! I had my facial and headspa service done while 30 weeks pregnant, and the staff made the entire experience so comfortable and accommodating for me. They were thoughtful about positioning, checked in often, and made sure I felt supported and relaxed the whole time. The facial left my skin feeling hydrated, soft, and glowing, and the headspa was unbelievably calming. The scalp massage helped relieve so much tension and stress. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly kind and professional. I highly recommend this medspa, especially for any expecting moms looking for a little relaxation and self-care. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been a client of Wendy’s for almost 10 years. I can say without a doubt she puts 1000% into whatever she is doing. The research she puts in for every service and product offered is so thorough. Many spas in town really try to pressure you and push you to expensive services, however, Wendy is very honest about your skincare needs and will suggest what is best for each person. I only have amazing things to say!

I booked randomly because I was needing some me time and self care. I booked a Luxury Head Spa. It was absolutely wonderful. Ambre was absolutely fantastic! Along with the scalp treatment and hair spa, I was given a facial along with a hand and foot massage. The entire treatment was phenomenal! Ambre stated that she is still learning how to maximize her process of the head spa, I say she is doing absolutely amazing and I can not wait to go back to her! I was happy to pay the price for the treatment, it definitely felt like it was priced right, plus a tip. This was my first experience there and I can not wait to go back!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Pocatello Med Spa!!!! Wendy does my eyelashes, Botox, and facials, and over time she’s truly become such a good friend. She encourages me to bring my daughter to my eyelash appointments, knowing she’d keep an eye on her while my eyes are closed. Her Botox is the best I’ve ever had — it actually lasts, unlike other places in town — and her facials are saving my skin. I’m in my mid‑30s with adult acne, and after trying everything over the years, this is the first time I feel like my skin is finally improving. Nicolette does my lip filler, and she not only completely saved my lips but also works around my hectic schedule. The last injector I went to injected too deep, which hurt so bad and caused the filler to migrate to the inside of my lips, leaving large bumps that would show when I’d smile. Nicolette patiently dissolved them multiple times and then refilled them, and now for the first time in 10 years of getting lip injections, I’m genuinely happy with how they look. She even stayed late after one of my appointments to give me personal advice, sitting down like she had nowhere else to be and giving me her full attention. That kind of care
