Wow ... how disappointing that Playful Pack has fallen so far down. Used to be a 5-star experience every time ... used to be that the camera did work and you could check in on your pup during the day. Not now. Camera broken both days. Used to be you would get a picture or two and even a video during the day as part of the report card. Not now. Now you get two still photos, which look like two quick snapshots of the same moment. There is NO evidence of any activities. My dog couldn't wait to run out of there and back to me. Last time for him to be subjected to that. Also, staff was disorganized, couldn't answer questions about what had happened with my dog even though they reported that he was "anxious" and opening the door (to get out! - back into the lobby). Hopefully someone in management will address issues and this place can become a good place again. But, $75!!!??? absolutely not worth it.

My dog has been coming here for about 2 years. She absolutely loves to come and play. The staff are so friendly and attentive. It is obvious they love dogs. My dog is a lot of energy and she is exhausted when she leaves. It is a great place for pups to come. I feel very comfortable leaving her here while I am at work and also board her when I go out of town. I also love her daily report card of pictures and her demeanor for the day.

My dog was boarding with Playfulpack Rockville, for over 3 weeks. He had a pleasant stay. The staff really took care of him and his needs. They even altered his meal times to accommodate his change in hunger due to separation and stress. He got a good amount of playtime balanced with rest. Playful pack is more flexibility in terms of stuff my dog can take while boarding, treats he can have etc in compare to other boarder in the area. They have fun activities planned everyday of the week. There is live camera to view the playroom 8am-5pm everyday. They send photos at the end of everyday and are very prompt in responding to all your queries and requests via emails when you're away !!! Very pleased and highly recommend for daycare and also boarding.

We love sending our pup here for daycare! We’ve been with Playful Pack for the past year and every staff member is a joy to work with! My favorite part is seeing the report card photos at the end of each day 🐶
