Pinkerton Animal Hospital

We're so grateful for the quick response and care we received for our boy, Deuce. I know veterinary care is a limited resource in our area right now and despite a constant flow of calls and customers, the staff were well poised to answer all questions and attend to everyone.

Pinkerton staff members are the best! They have always been so good to our pets and us. We will continue to use their team for all of our pet care.

Would not recommend for euthanasia of a loved family pet. Front desk and tech extremely in compassionate. Didn’t listen to us as owners of the animal, which gave us a more complicated disgusting situation. Terrible experience overall, not to mention the high emotions for the visit, they made it 100x worse. Not having our appt time available, making us wait in the car, until they were ready, we came there prepared for the situation, after making us wait told us they would meet us at the door to make the situation better, nope still Didn’t do that. Absolute chaos. Clearly huge communication issues. Even though we had a booked appt, they made us feel like inconvenience to them, at every step of the process, except the end, that tech was good. But over all horrible. I have taken my animals there for years, and had great care , never would I of imagined a situation like this.

Even though they are currently understaffed, overworked and completely under appreciated, for 16 years I’ve probably worked with each of the Dr.s and all of the tech and front desk crew. I can say with absolute certainty, Pinkertons has made my long list of furry loved ones better when possible and eased their suffering when needed. The compassion and understanding has been tremendous. Doctors in all fields of medicine are never perfect. Veterinarians are highly undervalued and under appreciated. They see our joy and our loss. They have made me a better pet parent, and by extension have made my furrlings all the more healthy and happy. 10/10 would %100 recommend. They may not be everyone’s cup of tea for whatever reason, but for me and my furry loved ones, I wouldn’t trust anyone else! They have shown all of my furrlings love and kindness. And shown me absolute grace and patience when I’m unclear or uncertain about things. From Dr. Pinkerton himself, and each and every vet I’ve had the privilege to work with have been tremendous in helping me raise and care for my cats and dogs for 16 years. My review and opinion are based on all the care my furrlings have received over 16 years. N
