Absolutely, outstanding group. I had some problems with the local Vet here in town where I live and reached out to Phoenix AH for a second opinion and they literally met my needs in every way possible. Very clean, professional, knowledgeable and kind staff. They extracted a couple of my pups teeth. I will be making the trip this October to get my pups teeth cleaned for their $20 percent off special and chipped.

Just took the Leopard Gecko in to be examined. I was SO grateful we had a veterinarian in the valley who sees reptiles! Also, grateful it was affordable for the examination and that it was not a serious issue. The staff was by far my favorite in the valley! (With a dog sitting side business for over a decade, I have been in lots of Vet offices all over the valley). Everyone is really friendly, no uppity attitudes. The atmosphere of the office was so lively. I sincerely appreciated the Vet tech that met with us and gathered information about my daughter's reptiles. The Vet Tech really engaged her as the pet owner and treated her with such dignity (she also paid for the appt) it was nice to have her treated as an active participate. Same with the Vet. Dr. Winter's took a seat in the room with us and answered all her questions and invited her to call if she had any more. I was impressed by how friendly and personable a Vet who specializes in reptiles 😂. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Winters and his staff!

I lived in Medford area a few years back and picked this vet out of a hat when I had an issue with one of my dogs and had no vet yet. I’m so glad I did! Great staff and great Dr! I now live a few hours north of them but I make the drive to take my pets to them if it’s not an emergency. They are worth the trip for the peace of mind. Highly recommend! ❤️

Most amazing vet I’ve been to, my husband and I rescued a guinea pig and we believed she just had ovarian cysts so we scheduled the surgery for her to try to save her life. During her surgery, Dr.winters found that she had cancer in her uterus, spleen, and liver. We were shattered but made the decision to put her to sleep so she didn’t have to suffer anymore. Thank you so much for all that you did for her, we love being a client here as you treat our exotic animals with love and care. The staff is also extremely sweet and we’re so compassionate, this is the only place where I’ll take my exotic animals. The best vet and staff we’ve found. Thank you for taking care of our girl Misha until the very end with love and care❤️

Our family is very happy that Dr Glen accepts our scaley babies! Our family suffers from asthma, negating furry animals such as cats and dogs. Our daughters have an amazing menagerie of lizards & snakes. They are intuitive with these creatures. Always working with each personality. It is amazing to watch! We now have the support of Dr Glen and his staff! Exotic Pet Doctors are few and far between. Thank you
