The staff and environment at PetVet365 are very enjoyable and welcoming for both pet owners and pets. The rooms are set up as lounge rooms giving pets more confidence and willingness to be examined. My pups and kitties love coming here and I will keep recommending PetVet365 to anyone! :)

We had an amazing experience with our new stray kitty. Dr. Fowler and Starr were extremely compassionate and understanding. It was our first time at their office and they definitely deserve a 5 star rating. From start to finish they were very knowledgeable and professional.

Friendly greeting. Made appointment. Still waited 30 min beyond appointment time to be seen. Over a hour for total visit. Estimate of charges was absolutely offensive for a common ear infection. Doctor was pleasant. Then all hell broke loose. After three trips of the tech coming back in with the wrong information. The vet came back in and straightened everything out. Lost my trust on the first visit. I definitely don’t recommend this place. Nice setting and clean environment but the confidence of the correct evaluation after the confusion with the tech and wrong information relayed and almost leaving with the wrong meds. I’m pretty sure I could have flipped a coin and got better info. Honest review.

They had super cool open rooms for my cat to explore with treats and things to climb on. Staff was amazing and attentive. Would recommend to anyone with a pet! Very personalized experience.

This place has such an incredible staff. Dr. Fowler and KarLee put my mind at ease immediately yesterday when I was clearly upset over a grooming incident which led to my dog’s eye hemorrhage. They were patient and kind to us, took the time to treat my pup and gave us the meds to treat her. The next morning- the result of her eye is remarkable. I can’t thank this place enough for giving me so much comfort and care of my loving Babe. I really hope that the PetVet365 can come out to California (where I actually live) because I am very impressed!
