PetSuites St. Charles

I brought my baby Rottweiler to pet suites and they did a fantastic job looking after her. They also have cameras where you can view the dogs plane with each other and there is always somebody there observing them. This is a great place for you to take your dog if you want a socialize them. Hats off to pet suites.

Every member of the expert staff has shown us the utmost care and consideration. From custom-assigning our Lola to the correct playgroup, to sending truly heartfelt condolences when we lost her companion, we could not be happier with switching to Pet Suites of St. Charles. We love that we can see her playing. We have come to love specific staff. Dylin still asks how Lola is doing with her grief process. He and Carrie, Kaden, Sarah, Dacota, Audrey and Vanessa have made us feel like this is another HOME, for our beloved babies.

I’ve taken my dog here a couple of times for boarding and it’s been a great experience! They’re very responsive and love that they send me a progress report with pictures of him while I’m gone. I’d recommend the luxury suites because I can see cameras of the play areas and his room at night it’s so cute.

I took my dog here for the first time to be groomed, I am disappointed in the service. I payed extra for him to get a blueberry facial, dremel and teeth cleaning, along with everything that comes in the regular package. They didn’t even cut his nails so I know there was no dremel necessary. As for the teeth cleaning who knows if they were cleaned or not. He came back smelling good and he was definitely brushed. But the top of his nose was bleeding when he came back. I’m not sure if this was from him being in a cage/kennel and trying to get out, but I’m upset that he came back like that. If for some reason the groomer wasn’t able to cut my dog’s nails I would’ve understood had someone called and told me. But I payed for a full package and I specifically mentioned that he needed his nails trimmed and that didn’t happen. No one called to tell me he was done, it had been 3 hours so I just decided to go in and see. Seemed like he had been done for a while yet no one had let me know that. Disappointed in the service I received and do not think I’d come back here to have my dog groomed again.
