PetSuites Schaumburg

In a short time I had my dog a ride there. He had a wonderful time. That's what I like about having him in daycare. He's more excited to return the next day.

My dog seemed to enjoy staying at petsuites in Schaumburg. They took great care of him. My only issue is that every thing is an added tag price. I asked how he was doing and they told me I had to pay extra to know!! Are you serious? You are providing a service that you can’t speak of unless you pay them!!! Also communication is an issue. Even though you can text them, the information regarding what was needed as new customer was pieced that if I didn’t ask I would not find out. Like if I want to pick up early what was the process? Also their voicemail said they are closed in Sunday but it wasn’t true so I had to pay for an extra day even i could have picked him earlier. Facilities are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly as well.

This was our first time leaving our dog at a boarding place while we took a short trip (3 nights, 2 days). Let me start off with the pros: friendly staff and the facility felt welcoming. They also had plenty of additions to add to their boarding which was a nice touch. They provided individual play and picture which were paid for. The cons: • paid for daily progress reports, only got 1. • were difficult to get a hold of when needed to contact them. • individually packed and marked food for our dog and when we arrived home we noticed that one food bag was still full and untouched. Now we know our dog and he will eat no matter what. We picked him up around 11am and since he only eats once a day we also asked if he can be fed early, which they did say was possible around 7am. Well that was not the case this morning. We weren’t even notified that he didn’t eat. It was not until he came back home that we saw his food was untouched. I can get over the progress report but to not feed him that’s a big downside for us. Hence the 3 stars.

I took my cat Boba here last minute and they accommodated to his/my needs perfectly. Everyone was so friendly, took amazing pics and gave great updates. He came back happy and healthy. If I need to again, I’d definitely take Boba here!!

Shortcake goes to Liz Tripp for grooming here. She is the best! I was in Colorado for 3 years and took her several places just to get her nails trimmed and nobody could do it! Liz has such a way with dogs and she helps them feel safe and comfortable. Plus, I don’t know how she gets her this clean! She doesn’t smell like dog for 2 weeks after she goes here. Definitely choose Liz as your groomer and you’ll be very pleased!
