PetSuites San Antonio Airport

Enormously huge place understandable because it’s near the airport. I did a trial run of boarding for my pet. I tried to get hold of them while they were open for a progress report, but no one answered or returned call. When I dropped him off It was just one girl at the counter. When I picked him up, he was happy to see mama, but he was almost overheated as his paws pads were extremely red and his ears were red so I don’t know if he had just came from outside. I think he was stressed, but he has been boarded before thank you

This was the second time my dog has been boarded other than for training. The first boarding place I kept took her to I was not impressed with it all I felt I would never board her again. On a necessary trip out of town I had to board Maisie and looked into PetSuites. I was so impressed with the attention to detail the videos the photographs and the updates that I received while traveling and how happy she looked in all of the pictures and videos that I received. She came home a happy sweet-smelling little dog and I will always recommend taking her back there again.

Miller and Astro seemed very well taken care of during their 7 day stay with the warm staff at PetSuites. We enjoyed and appreciated the daily pics and updates sent to us. Special thanks to the manager and staff for treating my boys like family.

We absolutely love PetSuites! The staff is so welcoming and truly experienced with dogs of all personalities. My girl Millie can be a little skittish and dog reactive, but they’re always patient and understanding with her. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such caring, capable hands. 🐾💛

This place is amazing! They take the best care of my pup and are great at sending over cute photos of her. She’s my handful, but they’re happy to take the load off and get all her energy out before coming home. The staff is friendly, and the check in and out process is simple and fast. Highly recommend!
