PetSuites Round Rock

My dog loves coming here. We use both the doggie daycare and have done overnight boarding. The staff is so friendly and good with dogs and it is very clean. They have multiple play areas so they can do group play by size and still let everyone play all day! Picture is of my worn out baby after a day of doggie day camp!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Both of my pitties came home happy and healthy after a week of doggie daycare/boarding. They got baths and came home really clean. They are a bit expensive, that's the only reason a can't do 5 stars, but the staff were amazing throughout. Stayed in contact with me on several questions that may have been real problems, but we're addressed quickly. Would absolutely recommend petsuites Round Rock

I have boarded my dog here at this location twice. Both times i’ve picked her up she has had dried pee on her stomach and feet. I understand that sometimes she gets anxious however, it seems like my dog may have had an accident in her kennel and it was not cleaned out. Instead she was left to lay in it. I understand that I don’t pay for all the extra bells and whistles when it comes to boarding but I do think it should be the bare minimum to clean out the kennels when accidents happen. Or at least let me know why she is covered in pee at pickup.

The Team always treats our puppy Arlo so well! He is a chocolate Labrador and runs, jumping hard to greet everyone! I could tell when we pulled in that he knew where he was, and he was so excited to get inside. That told us they treat him well. His baths and nail trimming is THE BEST! Abigail does an excellent job! Our Family enjoys petting his beautiful chocolate fur after his grooming session. THANKS TO EVERYONE!

My dog absolutely loves PetSuites in Round Rock! He’s been coming here since 2021, and every time we pull up he can’t wait to go in and hang out with his buddies. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care about the dogs. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s happy, safe, and having a great time while he’s here. Highly recommend!
