We have always had a wonderful experience boarding our Kobe here until today. I received a call before his stay was to end that someone needed to come pick him up because he was being aggressive and a bite risk and he would no longer be able to return. My family was alarmed by that because he has NEVER bitten anyone or been aggressive. We weren’t due to make it back in town until after they closed so I stated we would be by to pick him up first thing in the morning. We arrived and I asked to see the video. On the video was a scared dog that was backing up and barking because he didn’t want to be touched. Now that was concerning because I instantly thought maybe someone did something to him to make him react that way. He stated that he never bit or attempted to bite that maybe he was stressed and I couldn’t agree more. He was away from his family too long. I definitely don’t think that he deserved to be kicked out and not allowed to return because of what he did/didn’t do and if you are professionals that know how to handle animals it should have been handled differently being that he has been boarding here since he was 1 and he’s 7 now.

Took dog for boarding but learned upon arrival that if you don’t arrive early (it was 3pm), the dogs go in their kennel for at least 18 hours (9am). They evaluate the next day to see if your dog is eligible to play in the group, but if they fail then they stay in kennel for the entire time with an occasional potty break. Did not have a good feeling about this and they refused to do an evaluation on arrival due to being a busy time and managers being home for the day. We did not leave her and had to come up with a different solution. All of this was not explained on phone and understood we were getting a different service since we were paying more for full day play.

My dog loves it here! We can tell because as soon as we say puppy daycare he will run to the leash and jump in the car. My dog even met a new best friend here! They have special things for the dogs to do too! Like a picture day! I highly recommend if you want your furry friend to have a lifetime of fun!

I recently had the pleasure of boarding my beloved furry friend at PetSuites, and I can't express how impressed and satisfied I am with the experience. From the moment I dropped my dog off, it was clear that PetSuites is a top-notch establishment dedicated to providing exceptional care for our four-legged family members. One of the standout features of PetSuites is their attention to detail in ensuring your dog feels right at home. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could bring my dog's bed, toys, and food, which made the transition into boarding much smoother for my pup. This personal touch goes a long way in reducing any anxiety or stress that dogs may experience when away from home. What truly sets PetSuites apart is their commitment to socialization and play. My dog had the time of their life participating in group play with other dogs. The facility is equipped with spacious play areas where dogs can run, romp, and make new furry friends under the watchful eye of the caring staff. Knowing my dog was getting plenty of exercise and social interaction put my mind at ease. The staff at PetSuites deserves a special mention. They are not only professional and attentive but
