My dog loves coming to your place. But please kindly encourage your staff to do better with not having customers piling up and waiting in your lobby for 10-15 minutes before anyone even greets the customer. Many times, I have seen staff members aimlessly wondering around the facility with several customers waiting in the lobby area to drop off/pick up their furbabies. This is such a common practice, that we add another 20 minutes to our outing because we know there it is a very strong possibility that we will be in your lobby area for 15 minutes waiting to drop off or pick up. And the staff person who is checking in a furbaby works with absolutely no sense of urgency and will not bother to say, “we will be with you shortly…” The ladies just pretend you’re not even there. We love this place for our dog and he loves being there, but the lobby wait situation and the time it takes to drop off/pick up must improve, please.

Terrible grooming. 18mo 10lbs very shy and timid dog apparently needed 4 people to hold him during grooming which would make him more nervous. not only that but they cut my dogs skin numerous times and never called me to let me know. grooming took 4 hrs when on average it takes 2.5/3 hrs and blamed my dog for being "too wiggly". once i picked him up i saw that they did a choppy job with his body, ears were same length and barely brushed out, and i asked specifically to not cut his eyelashes but of course they couldn't follow that either. DO NOT bring your pet here. if anything happens, they'll blame your pet too.

I have boarded my 2 dogs and had them come here for daycare multiple times. This past week was one of the longer stints we've had and I have to say, they did such a great job (again). Traveling is stressful enough, but knowing that you need to leave your fur babies with someone when you are on the other side of the country can bring a whole new level of stress. Every time I travel, I have zero hesitation about bringing my babies here. I've been to other states and countries and felt confident that they were taken care of, this last trip was no exception. Booking is easy, I made sure to book the pawgress reports, and exit bath. For two dogs for a week, I felt it was an extremely reasonable price and I was constantly updated with how they were doing and was sent photos. I was even updated when one of my boys wasn't eating much of his food and they offered to add chicken and broth on top of his food to encourage him to eat. There are also webcams you can access in the public play areas to be able to check in and watch them play for a bit. I've recommended Petsuites to multiple people and will always make sure to bring my pups here whenever they need daycare or boarding. I can never t

We love PetSuites. We have been using their services for one month now. Everyone there is super friendly, they genuinely care about your pets, they are awesome with their communication, and our dogs love going there. We will definitely continue their services. We have only used the daycare services, but plan on using their boarding services, too. We highly recommend.

The staff know our dog by name and take great care of him. The pawgress reports and communication are great! They are easy to contact and have a fair plan for those of us that take our dogs multiple times a month. It would be nice to have a separate door for the daily boarders or those that don’t get along with other dogs.
