1st visit to Petsuites with our 2 dogs. Facilities nice and clean and friendly staff. Prepare for a wait if other dogs ahead of you or if owners picking up, as attendant personally carries or retrieved dogs. Was not a quick drop-off on weekend mid-day. On first visit received great discount. They have price card that looks simple enough and received same quote over phone when set up. Was confusing at checkout hearing add on cost and rates weekday/weekend then discounts that wasn't ID on price card. After couple minutes asked, just tell me total. With all calculations I expected higher price, but actually came out lower that I thought. Overall, watching app camera of dogs at play and care by attendants--I was very pleased. My dogs appeared happy of experience and other regular customers had good remarks. I was happy with cost and receiving 1st time discount. Just recommend keeping pricing info simple.

Brought our dog Dallas (who was living here as a shelter dog) for a night of boarding— He was SO happy to be back, and got an amazing bath/nail grind! He’s not good for nail trims but he did great. I appreciate the little things they take into consideration to make sure he stays safe compared to other places as well! We are so protective over him, but didn’t have one worry while away! Once we got him back he smelled so good, coat was amazing/shiny, was so tired from daycare, and happy as he could be! The managers are absolutely amazing and do everything they can to accommodate!

We love Pet Suites! We have used them for both long term boarding as well as doggy daycare, and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I love that they know our dog by name even if we haven't been there in a while! Their pricing is very reasonable and they have been very responsive when we have had questions. We live about 30 minutes away and there are other boarders closer (which we have tried), but we won't go anywhere other than Pet Suites now. Plus, our dog LOVES it there, he gets so excited as soon as we pull in the parking lot. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I went to get my dog groomed and they got him done quickly and very thoroughly and she asked questions via text based on what kind of groom I want you to have for him. She they also sent photos when they were finished asking me if it was the right length of hair that I was looking for, and that was greatly appreciated! So 10 out of 10 I would try this again😄

I am so impressed with the care Skyla received! After a full facility tour, I felt completely confident leaving her. The grooming was top-notch, but the personalized updates really set them apart. I loved receiving her "Pawgress Report," detailed feeding/potty updates, and adorable photos of her one-on-one playtime with the staff. It’s clear they truly loved on her with plenty of rubs and treats! We will definitely be back soon for more stays and some doggy play dates. Highly recommend!
