Awful experience do not recommend!!!! My dog who loves dogs and is very extroverted, did not get to play with other dogs and only got to do playtime with people because apparently he was scared, but I watched the videos he did not look scared at all! He got groomed and they claimed he was matted and needed to shave him and she already started without asking me and I’ve never had this problem anywhere else and I took him to another groomer and they said he was not matted at all just a few knots and the knots wouldn’t have been there if they actually took care of him during his stay! Kayla was the groomer and incredible rude! Do not bring your dog here!!!!

Found this company while traveling out of town Our dog was not happy of being alone in hotel room. They was very quick to help us make her comfortable and not alone. Even had some great spa service to add. She got a nice bath while there. She looked amazing and smelled great.

I brought my first dog, Coco, here for boarding and grooming 2022-2024. Her groomer at the time was great. However, as far as boarding goes, she had a couple of incidences of not being fed her meal/given medications because there was a miscommunication within the staff that I spoke to the manager about. She confirmed it was miscommunication and she handled my issues appropriately. Fast forward to 2025 to present, I boarded our two new bulldog puppies. At our last visit, I specifically told the receptionist (twice) that one of the dogs was not to have a blanket in with him because he chews it up and will eat pieces. When I arrived home that evening after dropping them off, I check their suite camera and, one, my two dogs were together in a suite when they were supposed to have their own and there was a blanket. I immediately called, she separated them and I reminded her again- no blanket for the one dog. I checked camera again later that evening, and sure enough the one dog had a blanket that was already torn. They were closed so I left a message. Blanket was removed the next day. My other dog was also given a slow bowl feeder which he did not need and I did not ask for.

I’ve been boarding my cats here when I travel for 5+ years. I already had a 5 star review on here but my experience this visit makes me wish I could give more stars!! They noticed my elderly cat wasn’t eating and was lethargic and Marissa went above and beyond, volunteering to take him to our vet while we were out of town. With text updates, photos and everything!! This was so outside the scope of what was expected and I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care my Koi received.

I greatly appreciate the kind and professional staff at PetSuites! They took good care of my Border Collie, "Torch" and the grooming they performed on Torch made Torch look like a movie star! Torch and I will be PetSuites customers forever!
